Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Role Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B digital marketing initiatives across email, paid media, social, SEO/SEM, and web to generate brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads, while aligning campaigns with product and sales objectives.

- 4–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with demonstrable results in content creation, SEO/SEM, and multi‑channel campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website pages.
- Perform keyword research, on‑page optimization, and SEO performance monitoring to improve search rankings.
- Design, segment, automate, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
- Develop and execute social media platform strategies, community engagement, and metric analysis.
- Coordinate visual content production with creative teams (graphics, videos, infographics).
- Track and interpret marketing metrics across channels to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships with external agencies and marketing technology providers.
- Train and mentor team members on digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and experiment with emerging tools and strategies.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Drupal, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and similar tools.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM (keyword search, on‑page optimization, performance monitoring).
- Email marketing specialist: list segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, performance analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical mindset with ability to adjust campaigns based on data and market changes.
- Creative problem‑solving and willingness to adopt new tools and strategies.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration, coordinating with sales, product, and other teams.
- Training and mentorship capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) are an asset.
