Job Description
Job Title: AI Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for wireless testing and mobile communication analysis. Manage end‑to‑end data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and cloud‑based deployment, while building intuitive web interfaces to showcase AI capabilities. Expectations: Own the full lifecycle of AI modules, ensuring high‑quality, reliable output that drives real‑world impact in communication systems. Demonstrate measurable improvements in model performance and system usability. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, clean, and augment datasets for training and evaluation. - Train, fine‑tune, and evaluate AI models, including agentic workflows and feedback loops. - Apply ML/DL techniques (classification, regression, feature extraction) to solve wireless testing challenges. - Build semantic search and root‑cause analysis tools for mobile communication logs. - Benchmark and optimize model performance. - Support cloud‑based infrastructure and CI/CD automation. - Develop clean, intuitive web interfaces to visualize AI outputs. Required Skills: - Strong Python programming. - Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and data‑processing libraries. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of MLOps and DevOps practices. - Proficiency in building web UIs (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals) or ML frameworks preferred.
