**Job Title:** Trade Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Execute and monitor lens merchandising and platform marketing plans for a global eyewear brand, ensuring alignment with sales, brand marketing, and trade marketing teams. Provide budget oversight, stakeholder communication, and administrative support to enable effective trade marketing initiatives over a 6‑month contract period. **Expectations:** * Deliver on planned merchandising and platform activities within agreed timelines. * Maintain accurate budget tracking and report variances to the Director of Trade Marketing. * Facilitate clear, consistent communication between sales, marketing, and global teams. * Provide proactive administrative and logistical support to sales consultants and managers. * Contribute to additional trade marketing projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee lens merchandising performance and platform execution. - Support trade marketing budget management. - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and global stakeholders. - Offer administrative and logistic assistance to sales personnel. - Assist with trade marketing projects and ad‑hoc assignments. **Required Skills:** - Project management (scheduling, budgeting, cross‑functional coordination). - Stakeholder influence and result orientation. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities. - Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused execution. - Strong communication and innovation skills. - Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous organizational environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or GED (required). - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). - 4+ years of relevant marketing or project management experience.
