Job Description
**Job Title:** Information Technology Project Engineer **Role Summary:** Hands‑on IT Project Engineer responsible for modernising the organisation’s Microsoft‑centric environment, delivering secure and scalable solutions, and driving automation across the enterprise. Works closely with internal teams and third‑party vendors while leading infrastructure projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting. **Expectations:** - Manage a busy technical workload and meet project deadlines. - Work onsite with occasional travel to nearby offices; reliable personal transport required. - Possess indefinite right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship). - Uphold security and compliance standards in all deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune device management. - Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - Configure and enforce security policies (Entra AD, conditional access, DLP). - Coordinate with third‑party providers to integrate and deploy technology components. - Lead infrastructure and migration projects, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Provide technical guidance and contribute innovative ideas to improve team processes. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune. - Ability to manage multiple tasks within a technical team environment. - Experience with Microsoft Autopilot (desired). - Familiarity with Power Platform, Entra AD, conditional access, and data loss prevention (desired). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑900, MS‑100, MS‑500, or equivalent). - Formal education not mandatory; proven technical expertise and certifications are essential.
