Job Description

Job Title: AI & LLM Engineering Intern Role Summary: An unpaid, full‑time internship (4–6 months) focused on developing AI-native integration features for a low‑code platform. Interns contribute to AI Copilot, autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, connectors, and agent orchestration infrastructure, leveraging Python, LLM fine‑tuning, and LangChain technology. Expectations: • Complete a 3‑day real‑world project during the interview process. • Demonstrate practical engineering skills and problem‑solving in AI/ML. • Collaborate closely with senior engineers; may transition to paid full‑time role upon successful performance. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement AI Copilot for natural‑language integration generation. • Build autonomous AI agents for workflow creation, issue triage, and logic optimization. • Develop API‑based connectors to external systems (cloud services, enterprise applications, databases). • Extend the MCP Server to support agent‑based execution and orchestration. • Create and fine‑tune LLM models using LoRA/eLoRA, optimize prompts and chain‑of‑thought strategies. • Construct RAG pipelines with vector databases and LangChain/Lang Graph frameworks. • Build and expose Python microservices for agent orchestration. • Implement observability and tracing in Lang Fuse. • Integrate new components with backend services and the existing platform. Required Skills: • Proficient in Python programming. • Hands‑on experience with LLMs, including fine‑tuning techniques. • Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, or LangChain. • Familiarity with microservices, API development, and cloud service integration. • Ability to design and implement prompt strategies and chain‑of‑thought optimization. Preferred Skills: • Experience creating API‑based connectors to enterprise or cloud systems. • Knowledge of MCP, Lang Graph, or AI agent orchestration. • Deployment experience of AI models in production environments. Required Education & Certifications: • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree students may apply only if they possess demonstrable real‑world experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or agents.
