**Job Title:** Workday Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, configure, and integrate Workday enterprise modules (HCM core, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Time & Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation) for enterprise-level clients. Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio, Reports as a Service, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields. Deliver high-quality XML‑based web services, maintain system performance, and drive process improvements.
**Expectations:**
- Commitment to a 6‑month contract, full‑time hours (9:30 am‑6:00 pm local time).
- Deliver projects on schedule, meeting deliverable quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client security protocols.
- Provide proactive process improvement recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and maintain Workday modules aligned with business requirements.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations via Workday Studio and Cloud Connect.
- Create Reports as a Service and Custom Calculated Fields.
- Design and maintain XML‑based web services (creation & consumption).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or configuration issues.
- Document system designs, specifications, and changes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map and improve business processes.
- Apply design‑thinking and user‑centered design principles to solution development.
**Required Skills:**
- ≥5 years hands‑on experience with Workday module configuration (HCM, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Talent, Time, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits).
- ≥3 years experience with Workday Studio, Reports as a Service, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields.
- Proficient in creating and consuming XML‑based web services.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Workday Partner or Pro certification highly preferred.
- Project Management experience (≥3 years) and demonstrated process‑improvement initiatives are advantageous.
