**Job Title** AI & Business Analyst Training Coach **Role Summary** Design, deliver, and assess a 15‑month Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship that integrates AI and data analytics. Facilitate hands‑on learning within a synthetic e‑commerce environment, mentor apprentices through complex projects, and prepare them for the End‑Point Assessment. **Expectations** - Execute the entire apprenticeship independently within the first 90 days. - Run Prism‑based projects, establish coaching routines, and drive learner progress. - Ensure high completion and success rates through continuous feedback and support. **Key Responsibilities** - Align curriculum and assessments with the mandatory Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard for Business Analysis. - Design, prepare, and deliver 25‑30 hours of student‑facing instruction weekly, including lessons, workshops, and coaching sessions. - Guide apprentices through large‑scale, industry‑relevant projects in Prism, ensuring practical application of analytics and AI concepts. - Conduct regular progress meetings with learners and managers, maintain evidence records, and provide targeted feedback. - Prepare apprentices for their final End‑Point Assessment (EPA). - Foster a learning culture that emphasizes curiosity, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and storytelling. **Required Skills** - Functional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. - Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving. - Working knowledge of AI concepts, automation, and modern digital tools. - Ability to translate technical information into clear, non‑technical language. - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Coaching, mentoring, or adult‑learning experience preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery and assessment best practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum completion of Level 4 Business Analyst apprenticeship or equivalent. - Teaching or assessment qualifications (e.g., AET, CAVA) are advantageous but not essential.
