Job Title: CRM Administrator
Role Summary:
Administers and optimizes the organization’s CRM platform (e.g., Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Ensures data integrity, drives reporting and analytics, manages campaign execution, and supports business users through effective communication and training.
Expectations:
- Maintain clean, accurate, and secure CRM data.
- Enable timely and actionable reporting for sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Coordinate CRM-related projects, manage user access, and facilitate integrations with other systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM inquiries and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage CRM modules, business rules, and user permissions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data exports.
- Design, launch, and monitor email campaigns, surveys, and marketing automations.
- Perform data quality audits, deduplication, and migration tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement survey and campaign workflows.
- Liaise with IT and vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Document processes, update knowledge base, and train end‑users.
- Track and report on CRM project milestones, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira or Asana.
Required Skills:
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency for customizing pages and components.
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint abilities (pivot tables, charts, macros).
- Experience with project coordination tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum of 2‑3 years in CRM administration; 1‑2 years project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred (not mandatory).
- Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Oracle Application Consultant) are highly desirable.
