Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst – CPQ / Q2C **Role Summary** Collaborate with Product Managers and cross‑functional teams to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories that drive CPQ and Quote‑to‑Cash initiatives. Build standardized processes and templates, support scoping and effort estimation, map end‑to‑end business processes, and guide quality assurance through UAT planning and execution. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, traceable requirements that align with product goals and business metrics. - Maintain rigorous documentation and facilitate consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor teams on process gaps, automation, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Work closely with Product Managers to capture and document product requirements. - Support project scoping and effort estimation for new product and service initiatives. - Translate cross‑functional business requirements into comprehensive user stories. - Build, standardize, and maintain processes, templates, and playbooks for Product Management. - Drive alignment and build consensus among cross‑functional leaders. - Capture strategic and tactical product goals, ensuring traceability to business metrics. - Define and map end‑to‑end business processes across teams, systems, customers, and suppliers. - Partner with QA to leverage automation and enhance quality before UAT. - Define UAT scenarios with Product Managers and stakeholders. - Lead UAT execution, coordinating testers and development teams. - Document UAT results and ensure timely completion and approval. **Required Skills** - 5+ years as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner. - In‑depth experience with CPQ or Quote‑to‑Cash process documentation, automation, and digital transformation. - Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA. - Salesforce + Steelbrick CPQ experience (highly preferred). - Skilled in modeling business processes using industry‑standard tools and methods. - Strong ability to write user stories and translate business needs into development‑ready items. - Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication across all levels. - Ability to bridge business and IT with clear, practical communication. - Solid understanding of business strategy, enterprise processes, and enabling technologies. - Collaborative mindset, capable of guiding teams toward alignment. - Working knowledge of Google Workspace. **Preferred / Additional Skills** - PMP or Scrum certification. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
