IT Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Oversee end‑to‑end technical projects—including software implementations, deployments, and infrastructure initiatives—ensuring timely delivery, adherence to best practices, and high‑quality documentation. Operate independently with minimal supervision while coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining project visibility through tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.
**Expectations**
- Deliver multiple concurrent projects on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, roadmaps, and dashboards.
- Continuously improve processes, risk management, and communication protocols.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and flexibility in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and engineering teams on project planning, presentations, and meetings.
- Create and present project charters, kick‑off decks, and communication plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (scrum, kanban), track progress, and update boards/dashboards.
- Escalate issues appropriately and manage risks, constraints, and inefficiencies.
- Draft and maintain “how‑to” documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Produce meeting minutes and action logs to support decision making.
- Utilize SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Project Online, and Outlook scheduling for documentation and communication.
**Required Skills**
- Multi‑project management in technology environments.
- Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Project Online, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication; adept at drafting clear documentation.
- Analytical ability to visualize data and track velocity via dashboards.
- Agile knowledge with experience implementing Scrum/Kanban in hybrid settings.
- Attention to detail, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- 5+ years of technology project management experience.
- Minimum college credit or applicable certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master preferred).
- College degree preferred.
- GIS project experience a plus.
