Job Title: Construction Project Manager Role Summary: Oversee the financial, scheduling, and operational execution of a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets. - Maintain high quality and safety compliance across all construction phases. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management promptly. - Resolve client and supplier disputes efficiently. - Provide accurate monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis. - Continuously improve processes and adopt new tools to enhance project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze technical dossiers, define macro scheduling and delivery dates. - Develop and enforce internal budgeting contracts, monitor financial commitments, and secure recoveries. - Manage supplier and subcontractor performance, ensuring contractual and quality compliance. - Implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. - Support site leads and agency directors in handling client disputes. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures and manage project close‑out documentation. - Produce monthly reports: budget status, supplier and subcontractor activity, updated P&L. - Provide weekly dispute status updates and raise critical issues to supervisory leaders. - Participate in tool implementation and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong budgeting and financial management. - Advanced project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. - Proven procurement and contract management abilities. - Knowledge of construction processes: structural, envelope, metallic framing, and all trades. - Leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities. - Decision‑making under pressure, autonomy, and initiative. - Proficiency with project management software, BIM or CAD tools, and reporting systems. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, utilizing HubSpot for planning, tracking, and reporting. **Expectations** Deliver engaging, on‑time, on‑budget events that enhance brand experience and generate measurable outcomes.
