Operate autonomously, building and leveraging a network of local stakeholders while translating technical site assessments into viable business offers.
Expactations: Successful candidates will independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, and will demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, negotiation skill, and deep understanding of building, construction and renewable energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of industrial and public sector prospects, using active outreach and network expansion.
- Follow up incoming leads, turning contacts into concrete projects.
- Conduct on‑ground site scouting with municipalities, cooperatives and landowners for rooftop, self‑consumption, and canopy projects.

- Build and manage a prescriber and partner network (architects, engineering offices, project managers, farmers, manufacturers).
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and stay informed of local regulatory changes.
- Perform prefeasibility studies: technical, regulatory, environmental analysis and consult with state, local and network operators.
- Draft initial business plans in collaboration with the engineering office.
- Secure land or building rights through lease agreements, purchase options or other legal instruments.
- Negotiate land acquisition, tailor messaging to client needs while adhering to commercial strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (urban planning, engineering, legal) to cancel hurdles and supply required documentation for project launch.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects, address financial, technical and administrative objections, and close sales.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in land prospecting, commercial development or project development in renewables, real estate, construction, agriculture or industry.
- Strong local network and knowledge of public and private actors (elected officials, landowners, companies, prescribers).
- Negotiation, persuasion and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Comfortable discussing technical details with internal teams and clients alike.
- Self‑driven, organized, tenacious, and an adaptive challenger.
- Preferably knowledge of building, energy and urban planning sectors.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, architecture, environmental studies, or a related discipline.
