**Job Title:**
Field Sales Representative – Agriculture & Photovoltaic (Commercial Itinérant)
**Role Summary:**
Drive end‑to‑end sales of photovoltaic‑integrated agricultural structures, from prospecting to contract signing and hand‑over, delivering tailored, financially viable solutions for farmers, industrial sites, and other land users.
**Expectations:**
- Build and maintain a regional prospect pipeline in the assigned departments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and upselling.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting and seamless handover to internal support teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain a professional image.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and qualify farmers, agricultural contractors, cooperatives, and industrial clients.
- Conduct site assessments to determine building type, usage, and specific client needs.
- Present IRISOLARIS photovoltaic‑hangar solutions (leased, owned, self‑consumption or full resale).
- Explain financing models, lease terms, ROI, tax incentives, and subsidies.
- Negotiate and formalize lease or purchase agreements, securing land rights and necessary permits.
- Coordinate with internal urban planning, engineering, legal, and design teams to ensure technical and regulatory feasibility.
- Participate in trade shows, forums, and networking events to raise brand visibility.
- Manage post‑sale documentation (land titles, plans, photos, authorizations) and forward complete dossiers to regional sales support.
- Provide weekly activity reports and daily updates in the company CRM.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven B2B field sales experience (≥3 years), preferably in agriculture, construction, or renewable energy.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication in French (spoken & written); English proficiency a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Puy‑de‑Dôme, Cantal, Allier, and Corrèze regions.
- Self‑managed, team‑oriented, agile, and results‑driven.
- Organizational rigor, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM/reporting tools.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum: Secondary education (Baccalauréat) with a commercial or technical focus.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Salesperson, Renewable Energy Sales) are advantageous.
