**Job Title**
Events Coordinator – Marketing
**Role Summary**
Coordinate and execute all marketing events from conception to post‑event analysis, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and vendors, utilizing HubSpot for planning, tracking, and reporting.
**Expectations**
Deliver engaging, on‑time, on‑budget events that enhance brand experience and generate measurable outcomes. Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise end‑to‑end event logistics (venue, transport, accommodations, catering, AV, registrations).
- Design event‑specific animations and activities to elevate attendee experience.
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners: negotiate contracts, monitor quality, enforce deliverables.
- Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and report financial performance against targets.
- Operate HubSpot for event workflow, task management, KPI tracking, and partner database maintenance.
- Conduct on‑site event management, troubleshoot issues, and lead post‑event debriefs.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on event strategy and execution standards.
- Perform market benchmarking, trend analysis, and propose innovative event formats.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years in event management, preferably within renewable energy or related sectors.
- Advanced coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multi‑project organization tools.
- Expert use of HubSpot (campaigns, content distribution, data reporting).
- Strong project‑management skills: prioritization, scheduling, budget control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams and influence partners.
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- Event‑management certification (e.g., CAP – Certified Associate in Project Management, or similar) preferred.
