**Job Title**
Odoo ERP Consultant (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Implement and manage Odoo ERP projects for clients across various industries (industry, services, distribution, etc.). Guide projects from business‑process analysis through configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support, following the company’s proven methodology. Ensure high client satisfaction and contribute to pre‑sales activities.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or functional domains (e.g., accounting, production, supply chain).
- Proven ability to lead projects independently, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and identify gaps with standard Odoo functionality.
- Propose fit‑for‑purpose solutions using Odoo out‑of‑the‑box features or custom development.
- Define project plans, schedule tasks, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
- Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and document decisions and changes.
- Install, configure, and customize Odoo modules (accounting, sales, manufacturing, HR, logistics, etc.) using Studio, automated actions, and custom scripts.
- Perform data migration, write functional specifications, and coordinate with developers for bespoke enhancements.
- Conduct functional testing, organize client validation sessions, and ensure quality delivery.
- Provide end‑user training, support, and continuous process‑optimization recommendations.
- Adhere to the company’s implementation methodology and contribute to knowledge‑base improvement.
- Support pre‑sales by analyzing prospect needs, preparing functional demos, and assisting the sales team.
**Required Skills**
- Deep functional knowledge of Odoo ERP (modules, Studio, workflows).
- Experience with ERP implementation life‑cycle (analysis, configuration, testing, rollout).
- Ability to customize Odoo via Studio, automated actions, and basic Python/Odoo development (preferred).
- Strong project management skills (planning, tracking, risk mitigation).
- Excellent client‑facing communication in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant ERP or project‑management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Odoo Functional Certification) are advantageous but not mandatory.
