**Job Title:** Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Drive adoption of health‑tech SaaS solutions by shaping positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies. Bridge product, sales, channel, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives, enable sales, and influence product direction through customer insights and data analysis. Remote, full‑time role.
**Expectations:**
- 4–6 years B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably startup‑focused.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder product launches and increase adoption.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing surveys, usage metrics, and win/loss data.
- Highly collaborative, resource‑ful, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging per segment/persona.
- Plan and execute tiered launch programs for new products, partnerships, and initiatives, delivering briefs, narratives, assets, enablement, and success metrics.
- Develop deep buyer and user personas (e.g., HR leaders, brokers) and map pain points, triggers, and objections.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials (decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, objection‑handling guides) and conduct training for sales and broker teams.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence; translate win/loss analysis into strategic recommendations and content.
- Source and produce customer case studies, testimonials, and other proof points; collaborate with Product Growth and Demand Generation on web, blog, brand, and advertising content.
- Capture and synthesize customer insights through research, interviews, and data to inform product roadmaps and prioritization.
