Job title: Marketing Manager
Role Summary: Lead global B2B marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, pipeline growth, and revenue. Own end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of inbound/outbound campaigns, events, and content across multiple regions. Collaborate with sales, product, and international teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline targets.
Expectations: Deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue, achieve key metrics (CPL, CPO, ROI), and scale marketing programs efficiently across time zones. Provide data‑driven insights, adapt tactics, and maintain consistent brand messaging worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and report on pipeline, revenue, ROI, CPL, CPO, and other marketing KPIs.
- Design, launch, and manage inbound/outbound multi‑channel campaigns (webinars, gated content, email sequences, SEO/SEM, paid social, Google Ads).
- Coordinate global events (sponsored and proprietary), including logistics, communications, and post‑event lead nurturing.
- Develop and execute global communication strategies for product launches, customer engagement, and brand visibility (content calendars, social media, press releases).
- Manage freelancers and external vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize messaging and pipeline objectives.
Required Skills:
- Strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Campaign design, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Data analysis, reporting, and KPI‑driven decision making.
- Project management, stakeholder communication, and cross‑functional leadership.
- Experience managing remote, international teams and external partners.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years B2B SaaS or technology‑driven marketing experience.
- Preferred certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
