**Job Title**
Program Manager – Automotive (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end development and production launch of high‑value automotive programs (≥ €10 M, ≥ 200 k units/year). Oversee cross‑functional coordination, budget stewardship, supplier qualification, and project execution for internal and external customers, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
**Expectations**
- Deliver programs on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ready to contribute to commercial activities and project acquisition.
- Travel internationally to key production sites as required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own program development from acquisition through series‑life launch.
- Define and implement program scope, schedule, and budget; manage scope changes.
- Coordinate delivery of program milestones across engineering, manufacturing, sales, quality, finance, and procurement.
- Lead a team of up to ten shared/dedicated resources, managing performance and remote collaboration.
- Ensure suppliers are prepared for factory launch via Supplier Advanced Quality procedures.
- Collaborate with functional services to establish program cost objectives (parts cost, investment, engineering budget).
- Conduct program reviews, enforce milestones, and report deliverables regularly.
- Maintain on‑site presence during launch phases; travel abroad as needed.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems, or related field (generalist or specialty in pressing/soldering).
- Minimum 10 years in the manufacturing industry, including 2 years in automotive production environments.
- Experience managing projects in international, multicultural contexts and remote resources.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred but not mandatory.
