**Job Title:** Account Executive **Role Summary** Senior individual contributor role driving new business for a WealthTech startup. Focus on financial institutions and family offices, owning go-to-market strategy development and end-to-end deal execution. Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer in Test Role Summary Lead the end‑to‑end quality assurance process for a fintech payment platform, building automation frameworks, defining testing strategies, and embedding QA into CI/CD pipelines. Expectations • First SDET hire, responsible for establishing QA foundations from zero. • Own end‑to‑end test strategy and automation across web, mobile, and backend. • Deliver high‑quality releases in a fast‑paced startup environment. • Mentor and build a testing culture among technical teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead manual and automated testing from requirements to release. • Design, implement, and scale automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO). • Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, performance benchmarks, and metrics. • Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines to detect defects early. • Document processes, create test plans, and maintain test management tools (Qase or equivalent). • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to align quality goals. • Continuously improve release reliability and system stability through automated regression, integration, and performance tests. • Mentor teammates, promote best practices, and instill a rigorous testing mindset.
