Job Description

**Job Title:** Contract Manager **Role Summary:** Act as the primary contract management consultant for a large client group, responsible for drafting, negotiating, monitoring, and ensuring compliance of supply and customer agreements. Works autonomously under the guidance of a senior buyer or associate director in a dynamic, client‑focused environment. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, compliant contracts within established timelines. - Proactively identify and mitigate contractual risks. - Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Demonstrate fluency in English and adaptability to fast‑changing contexts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers. - Analyze contract terms for accuracy, legal compliance, and business impact. - Track contract execution, monitor deliverables, and enforce obligations. - Identify contractual risks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend corrective actions. - Communicate contract status and risk findings to relevant parties. **Required Skills:** - Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities. - Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance. - Proficient written and verbal communication in English and French. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously. - Adaptability to diverse professional contexts and stakeholder cultures. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum university degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent. - Relevant professional certifications in procurement, contract law, or supply‑chain management are advantageous.
