**Job Title**
Sr. Java Full‑Stack Developer – ReactJS & Telecom Domain
**Role Summary**
Seasoned full‑stack engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade Java/React applications within the telecom sector. Works in a hybrid (3 days onsite) environment on a long‑term C2C contract, delivering high‑quality code, micro‑services, and UI components while collaborating with cross‑functional Agile teams.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 14 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
- Proven telecom domain expertise.
- Ability to work onsite (Irving TX, Alpharetta GA, or Ashburn VA) 3 days per week.
- Demonstrated delivery of scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
- Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and adherence to CI/CD practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Java/J2EE back‑end services using Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs/micro‑services.
- Build responsive front‑end interfaces with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material‑UI.
- Integrate with Oracle/SQL Server databases via PL/SQL; write efficient queries and stored procedures.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tuning using Kibana, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Maintain source control (Git) and automate builds/releases with Maven/Gradle and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure continuous delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior team members.
**Required Skills**
- **Backend:** Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Microservices, PL/SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), Python, Shell scripting.
- **Frontend:** ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material‑UI, JSF, JSP.
- **Tools & Platforms:** Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Unix/Linux, Kibana, Grafana, Splunk (preferred).
- **Domain:** Strong telecom industry experience.
- **Methodologies:** Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
**Nice‑to‑Have**
- Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Advanced DevOps tooling.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
