Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Analyst – CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) **Role Summary:** Analyze business processes and customer engagement workflows to design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with organizational objectives. Develop SOPs, training materials, and adoption strategies to maximize system utilization and drive operational efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end CRM solutions on schedule and within scope. - Ensure high user adoption through effective training and support. - Provide actionable insights on CRM performance and ROI to senior leadership. - Stay abreast of CRM trends and recommend continuous improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess current workflows and identify CRM requirements and improvement opportunities. - Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM modules. - Create and maintain SOPs, training guides, and user documentation. - Develop CRM strategies to enhance customer relationship management, data quality, and productivity. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM tools with their processes. - Monitor system performance, generate reports, and suggest optimizations. - Prepare performance and adoption metrics for leadership review. - Support vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation of CRM platforms or upgrades. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years configuring, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - 7+ years experience in sales processes, pipeline management, and workflow optimization. - 3+ years as a Business Analyst with strong requirements‑gathering and documentation abilities. - Proficiency in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder communication. - Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher‑level Dynamics 365 certifications.
