Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Hands‑on full stack developer with a core focus on backend architecture and API design. Responsible for developing scalable RESTful services in Python (FastAPI) and Node.js, integrating with React/Angular front‑ends, and mentoring a small, agile development squad. The role demands a blend of architectural ownership, code quality leadership, and rapid product delivery. **Expectations:** - Lead technical direction for a high‑visibility product platform. - Commit 80‑90% of time to coding, design, and deployment. - Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards. - Drive performance tuning, database optimization, and system scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Node.js. 2. Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code following best practices. 3. Review pull requests, enforce coding standards, and guide architectural decisions. 4. Integrate backend services with React or Angular front‑ends, ensuring seamless data flow and state management. 5. Optimize SQL queries and PostgreSQL database schema for scalability and reliability. 6. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 7. Automate business workflows using no‑code platforms such as Zapier, Azure Logic Apps, or Microsoft Power Platform. 8. Manage third‑party API integrations and web services. 9. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous delivery and rapid iteration. 10. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of lead/full stack development experience. - Deep production proficiency in Python (FastAPI) and Node.js. - Strong understanding of React or Angular, including state management and component lifecycle. - Expertise in RESTful API design principles. - Advanced SQL knowledge with PostgreSQL experience. - Version control proficiency (Git). - Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and independent deployment skills. - Familiarity with no‑code workflow automation tools (Zapier, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to mentor, provide constructive feedback, and influence team practices. - Agile mindset with a focus on shipping valuable features quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent) are a plus. ---
