Expectations: • 3+ years’ experience as a Java developer. • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Proactive team player who collaborates closely with peers. • Creative problem‑solver who takes initiative to deliver quality solutions. • Basic proficiency in a second national language (passive knowledge). Key Responsibilities: • Program new Java applications and modify existing ones. • Write detailed unit, integration, and performance tests. • Document design decisions and implementation details. • Develop low‑level design from architectural documents. • Lead a team of developers in implementing designs and enforcing efficient reuse of components. • Coach junior developers to improve technical skills. • Contribute to establishing and maintaining coding standards. Required Skills: • Advanced Java programming and JEE platform. • Software design, architectural analysis, and low‑level design skills. • Unit and integration testing, performance tuning, and documentation. • Team leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities. • Strong analytical, creative, and responsible mindset. • Excellent written and verbal communication.
