**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Data Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Lead the collection, management, and analysis of marketing performance data to generate actionable insights, support decision‑making, and maximize ROI. Partner with campaign leads, digital teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop reporting tools, and drive strategic recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collect, clean, and integrate marketing data from campaign platforms, digital channels, and internal systems.
- Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend improvements to measurement approaches.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and Excel/Google Sheets trackers; establish regular reporting cadences (weekly‑quarterly).
- Perform in‑depth performance analysis, ROI assessment, and audience engagement trend reporting.
- Monitor live campaigns, flag underperformance early, and contribute to forecasting and KPI modeling.
- Develop and refine attribution models; support budget tracking and spend efficiency analysis.
- Translate data findings into concise presentations and strategic recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead or participate in performance review meetings, highlighting risks/opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and external partners to streamline data flows and reporting processes.
- Stay current on emerging analytics tools, automation, and AI‑driven insights; propose enhancements to team capabilities.
**Required Skills:**
- 2‑3 years of experience in marketing performance analysis or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Hands‑on experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, ad platforms).
- Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to reporting accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Experience building automated reports/dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred).
- Proven project‑management skills; ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of digital channels (paid search, social, email, display, SEO) and related metrics.
- Growth mindset with curiosity for testing, learning, and process improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus but not mandatory.
