Job Description

Job title: AI Engineer – Start‑Up Role Summary: Design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end AI agent systems for construction workflows, focusing on multi‑agent collaboration, data integration, and production deployment. Expectations: Own the AI product from research to production; iterate rapidly with real users; partner with the founding team to align technology with customer pain points; demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and drive in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities: • Build AI agent frameworks for construction‑related automation (knowledge retrieval, project management assistance, data interpretation). • Develop data pipelines to ingest structured and unstructured construction datasets into AI systems. • Research and implement advanced multi‑agent collaboration, planning, and reasoning techniques. • Design system architecture, APIs, and scalable backend services for production‑grade AI agents. • Prototype concepts quickly and validate with real construction users. • Collaborate with founding team on product strategy and feature alignment. Required Skills: • AI/ML engineering in Python, familiarity with LLMs, reinforcement learning, or autonomous agents. • Experience with agentic/LLM frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Hugging Face, Ray, etc.). • Strong software engineering: APIs, microservices, cloud deployment, version control. • Proven ability to build from scratch in a startup, research, or fast‑moving environment. • Start‑up experience at pre‑seed or seed A‑round financing (preferred). • Curiosity, creativity, rapid prototyping mindset, and adaptability. Required Education & Certifications: • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field (preferred). • No mandatory certifications, but relevant coursework or experience in AI, machine learning, and software architecture is essential.
