Job title: Commercial Growth Director, Enterprise Role Summary: Lead revenue growth and renewal success for the enterprise customer portfolio, developing strategic account plans, executing complex sales cycles, and collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver measurable business impact. Expectations: Drive quarterly and annual renewal and expansion targets, maintain accurate forecasts, and close enterprise deals consistently. Manage end‑to‑end pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Own commercial strategy and execution for assigned enterprise accounts. - Build and manage strategic account plans, forecasting, and execution to achieve revenue goals. - Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, uncovering needs and positioning solutions. - Maintain robust sales pipeline, deliver accurate revenue forecasts monthly and quarterly. - Identify business challenges, map solutions from product suite, and craft data‑driven presentations. - Partner with Client Services, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Billing to ensure seamless delivery and client success. - Engage C‑level stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and secure renewals. - Document all activities in Salesforce, ensuring up‑to‑date opportunity and interaction records. - Keep abreast of digital commerce trends and evolving product offerings. Required Skills: - 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or digital commerce sales experience, with proven quota attainment for growth and renewal. - Strong consultative discovery and prospecting skills; ability to identify key personas and generate cross‑sell interest. - Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities. - Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally (product, client success). - Process‑oriented; mastery of sales playbooks, CRM (Salesforce) and analytics. - Team player who brings a winning spirit and works effectively in high‑velocity environments. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator/Advanced or related sales/consulting credentials.
