**Job Title:** Senior Product Manager – AI/ML **Role Summary:** Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of AI‑driven features for a legal SaaS platform. Own critical segments of the product roadmap, ensuring AI capabilities are intuitive, trustworthy, and deliver measurable value to users. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for AI features, from vision to launch. - Translate complex business and customer needs into clear AI product requirements. - Measure and optimize AI outcomes such as accuracy, efficiency, adoption, and trust. - Mentor junior PMs and influence cross‑functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Define product vision, strategy, and specifications for AI‑enhanced functionalities. 2. Communicate product plans, user experience, and impact to internal teams and customers. 3. Champion AI‑first vision across the organization. 4. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to build usable, high‑quality AI experiences. 5. Analyze data, customer research, and feedback to uncover opportunities for AI‑driven friction reduction and insight generation. 6. Break work into incremental user stories, set acceptance criteria, and coordinate delivery. 7. Prioritize backlog aligning with business goals and long‑term AI strategy. 8. Partner with other PMs and team leads to execute on the AI roadmap and broader platform strategy. 9. Conduct acceptance testing with QA, engineers, and customers, validating functional and ethical aspects. 10. Drive zero‑to‑one product launches and contribute to go‑to‑market strategy for AI tools. 11. Mentor associate and mid‑level PMs in AI product processes and data‑driven decision making. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of product management in SaaS, with strong AI/ML product experience (ML, NLP, automation, workflow intelligence). - Deep understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycle, emphasizing responsible AI deployment. - Analytical mindset with ability to measure AI outcomes. - Ability to balance innovation and business outcomes, adapting to changing priorities. - Excellent communication; translate AI concepts into clear business value. - Experience in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks, experimentation, and iteration. - Passion for efficiency, quality, and measurable customer value through AI. - Knowledge of compliance‑heavy industries or legal tech is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent certifications or direct work experience accepted.
