**Job Title:** Senior Site Reliability Engineer
**Role Summary:** Design, build, and sustain automation processes/systems to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and problem prevention in complex technical environments. Leads DevOps initiatives, enhances infrastructure stability, and ensures scalability across systems.
**Expectations:**
- Drive DevOps culture adoption and collaboration.
- Deliver high-reliability engineering solutions to support application and operational teams.
- Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and tools for continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, automate, and support product platforms, infrastructure, and development pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, telemetry, and incident response systems for operational visibility.
- Engineer secure, scalable infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with CI/CD integration.
- Troubleshoot root causes in distributed systems and resolve reliability issues proactively.
- Lead technical projects, collaborating with security and operations teams for robust solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), CI/CD tools (GitLab-CI, Azure DevOps, Harness).
- Expertise in Windows/Linux administration, scripting (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell), and configuration management (Ansible, Group Policy).
- Applied knowledge of observability, system/network architecture, and incident prevention strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting, automation, and system performance/capacity management.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years related work experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering.
