Job Description
**Job title** Salesforce Health Cloud Engineer **Role Summary** Senior Salesforce professional with 8+ years of hands‑on experience delivering Health Cloud solutions. Lead design, configuration, and deployment across multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring high quality, scalable implementations. Initially work remotely, then relocate to Minnesota after two months. **Expectations** - Provide real‑world examples of Health Cloud projects during interviews. - Demonstrate independent ownership of projects while collaborating effectively in a team. - Deliver clear explanations of complex Salesforce concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Manage end‑to‑end deployment pipelines and maintain rigorous testing and documentation. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud objects and data models. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps Center, GearSet, Copado, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. - Script and automate deployments with Salesforce CLI, Bash, and Git. - Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; document test plans and results. - Estimate effort, participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Align solutions with SAFe principles and organizational standards. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience with Salesforce Health Cloud objects and architecture. - Proven track record managing simultaneous deployment pipelines for multiple Salesforce projects. - Proficiency with DevOps tools: DevOps Center, GearSet, Copado, Salesforce CLI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. - Strong scripting skills in Bash/Git. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical details for diverse audiences. - Agile expertise: estimation, sprint ceremonies, SAFe familiarity. - Ability to handle requirement analysis, testing, and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory). - Minimum 8 years of professional Salesforce project experience, including Health Cloud implementations.
