Job Title: Junior / Internship – Technical, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales
Role Summary:
A short‑term (6‑month paid internship) or junior contract role (starting at PS 30,500‑PS 40,500) across multiple functional teams within a fast‑growing startup. Candidates will be matched to the team that best aligns with their interests and capabilities—ranging from Tech & Development, Marketing, Business Development & Sales, Customer Success & Account Management, Design, Human Resources, to Finance. Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree (any major) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships, part‑time, or entry‑level roles acceptable).

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on varied responsibilities.
- Proven communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities (team‑specific but generally):
- **Tech & Development** – Assist in designing, coding, testing, and deploying features; contribute to AI‑driven system improvements; participate in code reviews and DevOps tasks.
- **Marketing** – Support digital campaigns, social media posting, content creation, community engagement, and analytics reporting; help maintain brand consistency.
- **Business Development & Sales** – Conduct lead research, schedule discovery calls, prepare proposals, coordinate demos, and support post‑sale follow‑up.
- **Customer Success** – Onboard new clients, monitor campaign performance, assist with account‑management tools, and identify upsell opportunities.
- **Design** – Produce UI/UX mockups, graphic assets for digital platforms, and marketing collateral; maintain brand guidelines.
- **Human Resources** – Aid recruitment processes, manage job postings, organize interview logistics, and support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
- **Finance** – Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, basic bookkeeping, and investor reporting tasks.
