Job Description: Job title: Contract Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP/React) Role Summary: Senior full‑stack developer, contract role, responsible for end‑to‑end development of high‑impact financial automation features. Owns modern web application design, architecture, and delivery within tight timelines. Expectations: * Own commitments and deliver on schedule with high accountability. * Communicate clearly, write clean, reliable code, and maintain high quality through code reviews. * Follow observability, scalability, and maintainability standards. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with product and senior engineers to clarify requirements and produce technical designs. * Collaborate with distributed teams to build scalable, reliable, maintainable systems. * Develop well‑organized, well‑tested code across the full stack (PHP backend, React/TypeScript frontend). * Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities. * Evaluate and adopt frameworks, libraries, and tools that accelerate delivery and enhance quality. * Support Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery of features on time. * Follow observability standards for easy support and troubleshooting. Required Skills: * Minimum 5 years professional full‑stack development experience, primarily PHP with Doctrine or equivalent ORM. * Strong frontend expertise: React, TypeScript, CSS, design systems, reusable components. * Deep knowledge of REST/GraphQL services, APIs, and external integrations. * Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and architecture collaboration. * Practical experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. * Familiarity with AWS cloud services. * Clear, confident communication of technical concepts.
