Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Analyst **Role Summary:** Data‑driven analyst responsible for extracting, modelling, and communicating insights that optimize user acquisition and overall marketing performance. Partners with Growth, Marketing, and Game Analytics teams to inform strategy, improve ROI, and build self‑service reporting tools. **Expectations:** - Lead performance‑marketing analytics and establish robust processes. - Deliver actionable insights that directly influence campaign optimisation and budget allocation. - Ensure accurate LTV and ROI modelling with stakeholder alignment. - Maintain high‑quality, automated reporting and visualisations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyse performance‑marketing data to support data‑driven decision making. - Build and document analytics processes, priorities, and KPI frameworks. - Curate and automate Lifetime Value (LTV) models for ROI forecasting. - Conduct deep‑dive analyses to answer critical marketing performance questions. - Produce regular performance reports and present findings in update meetings. - Advise UA, game analysts, and marketing teams on best‑practice analytics; develop self‑service dashboards. - Explore and implement advanced methodologies (Media Mix Modelling, SKAN, predictive modelling). - Collaborate with Game Analytics to assess post‑install user behavior. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in marketing analytics within a performance‑focused environment. - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; adept at contextualising data. - Solid understanding of digital advertising channels and campaign optimisation. - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations. - Advanced Excel proficiency. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Bonus Skills:** - Media Mix Modelling experience. - SQL for data extraction and manipulation. - Data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). - Background in statistics or predictive modelling. - Passion for gaming and knowledge of player engagement dynamics. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Preferred: advanced degree (MSc/MA) or certifications in analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau Desktop).
