Job Title: IAM / Linux Engineer
Role Summary: Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within critical industrial environments, focusing on SSO, Identity Provider (IDP) integration, Linux infrastructure, and security compliance.
Expactations: Deliver secure, scalable IAM architecture; integrate applications and federated identities; provide N2/N3 support and incident resolution; maintain platform performance; collaborate cross‑functionally; communicate effectively with stakeholders; adhere to regulatory standards; continuously improve processes; maintain professional English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and administer IAM architecture with emphasis on SSO, IDP, role‑based access, and identity federation
- Implement and enforce authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, RADIUS) and MFA mechanisms
- Ensure compliance with security standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Provide N2/N3 support for IAM/STCA solutions; manage user access and incident response
- Optimize authentication flows and system performance; maintain operational readiness
- Integrate applications into the IAM stack, coordinate with development, testing, and production teams
- Participate in asset transfer, architectural evolution, and service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with DIWO and other stakeholders to strengthen IT security and quality
Required Skills:
- Expertise in IAM solutions, SSO, IDP, and associated protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, RADIUS)
- Experience managing IT infrastructures including Active Directory, Radius, SSO, and identity governance tools
- Knowledge of application layer technologies: firewalls, authentication proxies, identity federation (IBM, ILEX preferred)
- Level 3 support capability: diagnosis, consulting, and facilitating support activities
- Familiarity with complex SI environments and agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Strong communication, organizational, and client‑orientation skills
- Professional proficiency in English
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Relevant certifications (CIAM, MCSE Security, RHCE, CISSP, CISM, CCSP) preferred but not mandatory.
