**Job Title** Desktop Support Specialist **Role Summary** Provide end‑user technical support for Windows, macOS and optional Linux environments. Resolve hardware and software issues, configure and maintain computing devices, manage user accounts via Active Directory, and log incidents in ServiceNow.
