**Job Title:**
Full Stack Lead (WordPress, PHP, React.JS)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end full‑stack development for scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or core), and ReactJS. Drive architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and team leadership while ensuring code quality and continuous delivery.
**Expectations:**
* U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
* 8+ years of full‑stack development experience.
* Proven team‑leadership in development or support environments.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, develop, and maintain highly available web applications on WordPress, PHP, and ReactJS.
2. Create custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrate the REST API.
3. Build and manage modern React components (Hooks, Redux) with responsive UI using Bootstrap and jQuery.
4. Integrate third‑party APIs and services to enrich application functionality.
5. Implement secure CI/CD pipelines, version control via Git, and manage MySQL databases.
6. Optimize performance across front‑end and back‑end stacks.
7. Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS; knowledge of S3, SSL rotation, web‑server management).
8. Mentor and coordinate a cross‑functional development team.
9. Support COTS/SaaS applications and maintain technical documentation.
10. Resolve tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
**Required Skills:**
* WordPress development (themes, plugins, REST API).
* PHP framework proficiency (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or core PHP).
* ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component‑based architecture).
* JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery.
* MySQL database design and optimization.
* Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
* Cloud platform familiarity (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP plus).
* Experience with S3, SSL rotation, web‑server management.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
