**Job Title:** Salesforce Business System Analyst – Financial Services
**Role Summary:**
Techno‑functional analyst with 10+ years of experience designing solutions, gathering and translating requirements, and optimizing business processes within the financial services sector. Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud implementations and enhancements.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years of techno‑functional experience in financial services.
- Proven ability to convert business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership in workshops, team guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements; translate them into Salesforce user stories and functional designs.
- Configure and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (custom objects, security, workflows, triggers, etc.).
- Lead solution design sessions and facilitate workshops with clients, business partners, and vendors.
- Oversee integration initiatives (system, application, and data) using APIs, middleware, and platforms such as Data Cloud, Databricks, and AWS.
- Manage the Agile SDLC, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and release coordination.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development and delivery teams on best practices and solution architecture.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and data governance standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, Sales Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, user management, security, automation (process builder, flows, Apex triggers).
- Familiarity with AI/Gen AI concepts, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, AWS services.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; experience with system/application/data integration.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and release management.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Additional preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant, or other relevant Salesforce credentials.
