Job Description
**Job title** Record to Report (R2R) Business Process Manager **Role Summary** Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of R2R, invoice-to‑cash (I2C), and EPM processes within an ERP platform (Oracle Fusion/Enterprise Planning Module). Drive process standardization, system integration, user adoption, and compliance while supporting system go‑live and hyper‑care. **Expectations** - 7+ years of R2R/I2C/EPM transformation experience. - 3+ years of ERP implementation hands‑on work with P2P modules, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud (SAP, Microsoft D365 or Workday considered). - Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional stakeholder engagement, change management, and training initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Design & standardize R2R, I2C, projects accounting, and financial reporting workflows aligned to best practices. - Review functional specifications, support System Integrator during Functional User Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Configure ERP systems per refined business requirements; partner with IT and finance to validate configurations and data migration. - Execute cut‑over activities and provide post‑implementation hyper‑care support, resolving issues and guiding end‑users. - Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and champion change to secure stakeholder buy‑in. - Ensure processes meet internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements; define and monitor KPIs for process efficiency. **Required Skills** - R2R, I2C, EPM process design and optimization. - ERP implementation expertise (SAP, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft D365, Workday). - Functional knowledge of accounting policies, reconciliations, and reporting. - Change management, stakeholder engagement, and end‑user training facilitation. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑resolution capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications (Prosci, CCMP, PMP or equivalent) considered an asset.
