**Job Title:**
E‑Commerce Project Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the definition, implementation, and optimization of integrated e‑commerce platforms across diverse industries (retail, luxury, tourism, etc.). Manage the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and UX design collaboration to functional specifications, scheduling, team coordination, testing, and analytics—ensuring timely delivery of 360° e‑commerce solutions on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Hybris, Magento, and related ecosystems.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end e‑commerce projects with clear outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (creative, technical, analytics).
- Maintain stringent project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform performance and customer journey.
- Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders in a concise, actionable manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Requirements & Analysis** – Gather and analyze client needs, translate business goals into functional specifications.
2. **UX & Design Collaboration** – Work with creative teams to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that align with user experience best practices.
3. **Project Planning & Coordination** – Build and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone trackers.
4. **Team Leadership** – Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospective meetings.
5. **Quality Assurance** – Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. **Analytics & Reporting** – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), produce analytics reports, and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
7. **Platform Management** – Work extensively with e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce, SAP Hybris, Magento), CMS, PIM, DAM, and OMS solutions.
8. **Client Communication** – Present project status, risks, and opportunities to client stakeholders; ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong work‑product level knowledge of omnichannel concepts (click‑and‑collect, M‑commerce, OMS, checkout flows).
- Proficient with e‑commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Magento, etc.).
- Experience in agile/project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
- Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Technical aptitude for understanding integrations, APIs, and platform configurations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM, or equivalent) highly preferred.
- Domain certifications in e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Magento) are a plus.
