Job Title: Client Success Manager Intern – Skillbridge Role Summary: A 12‑week SkillBridge internship designed for transitioning service members to acquire hands‑on experience in client success management within the HR software industry. Interns learn product expertise, account support, compliance, and customer service under the guidance of experienced Client Success Managers. Expactations: - Complete the structured 12‑week learning curriculum and career coaching. - Pass all periodic assessments and achieve a Certificate of Completion. - Demonstrate the ability to transition from military to civilian workforce. - Meet program objectives to qualify for potential full‑time Client Success Manager roles. Key Responsibilities: - Shadow and collaborate with senior Client Success Managers on client accounts. - Participate in extensive product knowledge training modules. - Assist in client support tasks, including issue resolution and communication. - Attend scheduled workshops and continuous learning sessions. - Complete progress assessments and documentation. - Contribute to knowledge base content and training materials. Required Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication. - Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on service excellence. - Basic technical proficiency and aptitude for rapid learning of SaaS platforms. - Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and adapt to a fast‑moving environment. - Organizational and time‑management skills to meet training milestones.
