Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Strategic HR partner aligning people initiatives with business goals, providing data‑driven insights, coaching leaders, managing employee relations, compliance, and performance management to drive a high‑performing, engaged workforce. Expactations: - Align HR strategy with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations. - Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on policy, performance, and development. - Deliver timely, accurate HR metrics to influence executive decisions. - Maintain compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support business outcomes. - Analyze workforce data to inform workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. - Advise on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition. - Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and legislative changes. - Resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and administer disciplinary actions. - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Assist in performance review cycles and career development programs. - Coach managers on performance improvement and leadership development. - Identify training needs and facilitate learning initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. - Oversee workplace investigations and compliance audits. - Build and maintain relationships with department heads and executives. - Present HR metrics and trend analyses to leadership for strategic decision‑making. Required Skills: - 5+ years of HR experience with employee relations, coaching, and investigations. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Effective time‑management and organization. - High interpersonal skills and personal integrity. - Positive, supportive attitude and self‑starter mindset. - Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferable). - Post‑graduate diploma in Human Resources (preferred). - Equivalent professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, HRCI PHR) desirable.
