Job Description
**Job title** Manufacturing Test Engineering Intern **Role Summary** Assist in designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing test processes for autonomous drone products. Strengthen product quality and yield through data analysis, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Expactations** - Complete assigned test‑design, root‑cause, and improvement projects within defined timelines. - Produce clear documentation, reports, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. - Support continuous team learning and knowledge sharing regarding test tools and methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with product design, quality, manufacturing, and software teams to evolve testing procedures. - Lead root‑cause investigations for test failures and devise hardware/software solutions. - Analyze manufacturing test data to identify yield trends and improve repeatability. - Develop test scripts, automation, and scripts for Linux/Docker environments. - Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align on test‑related requirements. **Required Skills** - Proficient Python programming (5+ yrs of practical use). - Experience with Linux, Docker, and AI tooling. - Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams. - Working knowledge of PLCs, Arduino, and CAD (Fusion 360) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled or recently graduated in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or related STEM field (undergraduate, graduate, or PhD). - No additional certifications required, but familiarity with manufacturing test engineering concepts preferred.
