Job Title: IT Support Technician Role Summary: Provide comprehensive on‑site and remote technical support for users across the Forterro Group, ensuring secure and efficient operation of Windows and Azure Active Directory environments while managing hardware, software, and cloud applications. Expectations: Deliver fast, reliable support and training; maintain data confidentiality and system security; evaluate and implement new technology solutions; collaborate with cross‑functional teams on application rollouts and business reporting.
