Senior AI Data Analyst
**Role Summary**
Lead analysis of data across the AI/ML pipeline—including ingestion, training, deployment, and post‑deployment monitoring—to assess model quality, performance, and business impact. Build scalable analytical frameworks and visualizations within the Databricks ecosystem to communicate insights to product, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
**Expectations**
- Mastery of statistical methods for data quality assessment, drift detection, feature importance, and experimental design.
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex analytics into clear business recommendations in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
- Proven experience with experimental frameworks (A/B, holdout) and KPI definition for digital initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement analytics solutions for the AI/ML pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Evaluate training and production data for quality issues, drift, and behavioural shifts.
- Develop and execute experimental designs to quantify the impact of AI features and digital product changes.
- Define and standardise KPI measurement strategies for AI features and digital initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and evolve interactive dashboards and reports in Python and Power BI.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and digital leaders to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Continuously improve analytical models and reporting as new data sources or product features emerge.
- Stay current with emerging analytics, data engineering, and AI observability tools, recommending best practices.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced statistics: hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design, time‑series analysis.
- 4+ years of experience with large‑scale data manipulation and analysis using Python, PySpark, and/or SQL.
- 3+ years of experience in the Databricks ecosystem (Azure Databricks preferred).
- 5+ years of applied statistical analysis, experimental design, KPI calculation, and A/B testing.
- Expert proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries (Python data‑viz stack, Power BI).
- Strong analytical storytelling: dashboards, visual narratives, written insights.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
