Job title: Network and Security Engineer (F/M)
Role Summary: Design, integrate, and manage LAN/Wi‑Fi and security solutions (firewalls, endpoints, SD‑WAN, NAC) for diverse clients, provide technical specifications, documentation, and client training, and act as a technical reference in pre‑sales and audits.
Expectations: Minimum 3‑year experience designing and deploying autonomous network and security infrastructures; proven aptitude for multi‑vendor environments (ARUBA, Extreme, Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Checkpoint); strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; English proficiency desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse client requirements and produce technical specifications and diagrams.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot physical and virtual network and security equipment.
- Author technical documents (specs, operating documentation, post‑deployment reports).
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients.
- Provide technical expertise during pre‑sales, audits, and integration phases.
- Monitor technology trends and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and rapid issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, NAC, firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Familiarity with ARUBA (Airwave, Clearpass), Extreme, Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), Meraki, Fortinet, Checkpoint platforms.
- Strong configuration, scripting, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; documentation proficiency.
- Team‑player mindset, proactive learning, and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Vendor certifications preferred (e.g., Aruba Certified Network Associate/Professional, Extreme Wireless Certified Technician, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint CCSA).
