Job Description

Job Title: DIGITAL ANALYTICS Role Summary: Contract-based position for an independent consultant to implement and optimize digital analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, GA4, and BI tools. Requires expertise in data tracking, dashboard development, and cross-platform validation for client projects with minimal oversight. Expectations: Demonstrated independence in execution, rapid onboarding, clear communication with technical and non-technical teams, meticulous documentation, reliable project scoping, and timely responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and debug tracking via Adobe Launch/Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate dataLayer and event capture. - Configure Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments, processing rules, and reporting specifications. - Set up and validate GA4 properties, events, conversions, and audience definitions. - Develop interactive dashboards in Google Looker Studio and Power BI for stakeholder reporting. - Conduct comprehensive data validation, QA testing, and reconcile discrepancies across platforms. - Design measurement frameworks, KPI definitions, and tagging strategies aligned with business goals. - Execute SQL queries to analyze web/app event data from data warehouses/lakes. - Present insights to technical/business teams, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations. - Maintain structured documentation of implementations, QA reports, and remediation plans. - Collaborate with development/data teams for data integration and workflow optimization. - Provide accurate time/effort estimates for project tasks and urgent data requests.
