**Job Title:** Senior FullStack Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end solutions for real‑time robotics systems. Build distributed backend services and high‑performance frontend interfaces to provide reliable telemetry, control, and analytics for mission‑critical workloads.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver features from concept to production in a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
- Maintain high system reliability, low latency, and scalability.
- Continuously improve development workflows and user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect and implement scalable backend services for real‑time sensor and telemetry data processing.
2. Develop responsive, high‑performance frontend components for command, control, and visualization using modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
3. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
4. Optimize overall system performance, latency, and reliability across backend and frontend layers.
5. Conduct usability testing, gather end‑user feedback, and iterate on UI/UX designs.
6. Collaborate with robotics, DevOps, and product teams to integrate software and hardware components.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep experience with distributed systems and real‑time data processing.
- Proficiency in backend languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Advanced frontend skills with React, Vue, or equivalent SPA frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.), automated testing, and performance profiling.
- Ability to work with low‑latency, high‑throughput communication protocols (WebSockets, gRPC, MQTT).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes Administrator, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
