**Job title:**
Ad Operations Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Execute end‑to‑end campaign management for display, video, and audio advertising across Google Ad Manager, Triton Audio Platform, and Advendio. Collaborate with sales, clients, creative, technical, and editorial teams to optimize performance, ensure compliance with IAB and internal policies, and manage billing and revenue processes. Participate in special events and project management tasks.

Maintain campaign success, deliver high‑quality customer service, adhere to billing and policy standards, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Book, schedule, and launch ad campaigns across display, video, and audio channels.
- Configure targeting, frequency caps, and perform creative loading and testing.
- Verify creative specifications on CBC and RC networks using Google Ad Manager and related tools.
- Generate performance reports with GAM, TAP, and Burt for client insights and upsell opportunities.
- Process month‑end billing, debits, and credits through Google Ad Manager and Advendio.
- Manage special projects and events, ensuring alignment with IAB Ad policies and CBC‑RC requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, clients, technical, editorial, creative, and marketing teams to resolve campaign issues.
- Continually improve ad operations processes and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years in online advertising, media, sales, or marketing roles.
- 3+ years experience with Google Ad Manager, Advendio, or other OMS platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Publisher Tags, 3rd‑party tags, audio normalization, VAST, VPAID.
- Knowledge of programmatic retail (RTB) and programmatic guaranteed campaigns.
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and video asset handling.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google G Suite.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of mobile technologies, SDKs (AdMob, GMA), and platforms.
- Familiarity with Canadian IAB standards and best practices.
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn continuously.
- Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse teams.
- Judgment and resourcefulness to solve technical and relational problems independently.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media, or related field preferred.
- Certification in digital advertising or ad‑operations platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager) is an advantage.
