Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Software Engineer, AI & Fullstack **Role Summary** Lead fullstack development and AI integration for a SaaS platform, delivering scalable, high-impact features. Influence technical direction through hands-on engineering, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving in a production AI-focused environment. **Expectations** Minimum of 5 years software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in SaaS product development and 2+ years applied AI/ML in production systems. Demonstrated leadership in technical execution and architectural ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement AI workflows (agent architectures, orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex) for customer-facing products. - Optimize AI features (LLM, RAG) for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency; prioritize prompt engineering and system evaluation over model fine-tuning. - Develop fullstack web applications (Python, Node.js, React) and backend systems (APIs, databases, cloud services) for AI and traditional workflows. - Architect scalable, distributed systems; lead technical discovery and SDLC execution for complex initiatives. - Champion engineering quality standards, security, and observability in all solutions. - Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices. **Required Skills** - **Technical**: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React; experience with AI/ML systems (agents, RAG, LLMs), orchestration frameworks, cloud infrastructure. - **Architectural**: Proven design of distributed, scalable systems. - **Collaborative**: Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork. - **Analytical**: Problem-solving for complex system optimization and innovation. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
