Job Title: Lead IT Project Manager Role Summary: Direct large-scale IT initiatives focused on data migration to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Data Bricks), vendor management, and cross-functional team coordination. Apply Agile methodologies to oversee project execution and deliver business-aligned outcomes. Expectations: Minimum 10+ years in IT project management; Agile or PMP certification; experience with ADO; expertise in data migration, cloud platform transitions, and vendor quality management; proficiency in Scrum ceremonies and KPI tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate with workstream leads and business owners. Maintain backlogs, user stories, and task boards. Manage cross-functional teams (data analysts, engineers) and vendor relationships. Mitigate risks, adjust scope/schedule, and maintain budgets. Track progress, prepare status reports, and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement. Required Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, leadership, and negotiation abilities. Analytical skills for performance assessment. Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Technical proficiency in data management, Azure fundamentals, and tools like Jira or ADO. Required Education & Certifications: Agile Certification or PMP required.
