IT DevOps Team Leader, Infrastructure
**Role Summary**
Lead a cross‑functional team that designs, builds, and operates the production (P&T) and go‑to‑market (GTM) infrastructure for software development and operations. Own the delivery of high‑quality, secure, and scalable cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments while mentoring team members and managing external vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers and architects.
- Design and implement P&T and GTM infrastructure, including cloud platforms, development tools, and disaster‑recovery architectures.
- Serve as trusted advisor to business units on infrastructure, cloud strategy, and DevOps tooling.
- Own the team’s work plan and resource allocation, ensuring on‑schedule, high‑quality deliverables.
- Manage relationships with infrastructure and tooling vendors.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to meet organization‑wide IT objectives and integrate across domains.
- Lead cross‑company infrastructure initiatives and mentor team members to assume lead roles on projects.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT support.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 + years of team‑lead experience in a high‑tech environment.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory).
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure: Windows, macOS, Linux/Unix, virtualization, storage, networking, cloud (public/private), and modern workplace solutions.
- Strong background in Microsoft and Linux IT architecture.
- Information‑security‑aware mindset focused on well‑architected infrastructure.
- Experience with configuration management, source‑code control, and automation tooling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, including supplier relationships.
- Demonstrated teamwork and people‑management capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent.
