Job Description: Job title: Oracle HCM Cloud Security Functional Lead Role Summary: Lead security architecture for Oracle HCM Cloud environments, designing and executing RBAC, advanced controls, and compliance solutions. Drive integration with Identity Governance, SSO, and other enterprise systems while delivering client consulting, training, and audit documentation. Expectations: - Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security or similar enterprise HCM security role. - Proven track record designing RBAC models, advanced controls, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, CCPA). - Strong consulting and stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, configure, and maintain RBAC models, security policies, and user provisioning workflows. 2. Deploy and monitor Oracle HCM Advanced Controls to detect SoD conflicts and risk indicators. 3. Conduct requirement gathering, deliver best‑practice guidance, and provide security training to clients. 4. Integrate HCM security with Identity Governance, SSO, and other enterprise systems; troubleshoot integration issues. 5. Produce comprehensive documentation, audit reports, and operational hand‑offs. Required Skills: - Oracle HCM Cloud security configuration and administration. - Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) design and implementation. - Oracle HCM Advanced Controls expertise. - Knowledge of compliance regulations: GDPR, SOX, CCPA. - System integration with Identity Governance and SSO solutions. - Risk assessment and Segregation of Duties analysis. - Documentation and reporting for audits. - Strong communication and client‑facing consulting abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Oracle HCM Cloud Security or Advanced Controls certification preferred. - Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CBAP) are a plus.
