**Job title:** Parts Order Associate (Contract) **Role Summary:** Drive accurate, timely parts ordering and proposal generation in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales, logistics, and operations to deliver outstanding customer service. **Expactations:** - Provide precise, customer‑ready proposals and pricing. - Enter and maintain orders in ERP, ensuring data integrity and on‑time delivery. - Proactively communicate order status and resolve issues before they affect satisfaction. - Support sales with lead times, shipment tracking, and historical order data. - Maintain organized documentation for audits and operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create accurate parts proposals in collaboration with sales. - Enter and update orders in ERP, keeping due dates accurate. - Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing and delivery. - Update customers on order status and handle inquiries. - Maintain documentation for audits and streamline operations. - Provide backup support to team members to sustain workflow. - Identify and resolve potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years manufacturing environment experience (preferred). - ERP system usage in manufacturing (preferred). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Time‑management and analytical skills. - Knowledge of customs compliance and shipping documentation (asset). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma (required). - Post‑secondary education an asset. - ERP, customs compliance, or logistics certifications are desirable.

Job Title: Lead Process Engineer Role Summary: Lead Process Engineer drives large-scale operational and cultural transformation in PET plastics manufacturing. Responsible for reimagining core production processes, applying Lean/Six Sigma principles, championing automation, and cultivating a continuous improvement culture to boost efficiency, quality, and employee engagement. Expectations: - 10+ years of hands‑on process engineering in PET sheet extrusion or thermoforming environments. - Proven track record of leading manufacturing and process‑improvement initiatives. - Deep knowledge of FDA, CFIA, CSA, and OHSA regulatory requirements for food packaging. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable plans and deliver measurable results. - Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and collaborative mindset. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, evolving operations with willingness to wear multiple hats. Key Responsibilities: 1. Partner with senior leaders to set transformation goals, metrics, and roadmaps. 2. Reimagine and streamline manufacturing processes to reduce waste, compress cycle times, and increase throughput. 3. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to modernize shop‑floor practices. 4.
